DEMOLITION THAT DEMANDS MORE THAN MUSCLE
Most demolition is simple: clear the site, swing the boom. Complex demolition is everything else. Removing a structural beam inside an operating hospital. Breaking out a machine base in a basement three levels down. Cutting a bridge pier into liftable sections over live water. Demolishing refractory inside a kiln that was at temperature last week.
These jobs fail when they're treated as ordinary demolition with bigger effort. They succeed with the right method, the right equipment and a plan for every cut and every kilogram of debris.
Our approach pairs the Husqvarna DXR 305 demolition robot — 27 kW of remote-controlled breaking power in a machine 780 mm wide — with diamond wire sawing that cuts reinforced concrete at any depth. Between them, there is very little that can't be removed precisely, safely and on programme.
Every project gets full SWMS documentation, engineering input on sequencing and temporary works, and operators who have done this before. Read more about our robotic demolition capability or wire sawing services.
