CLEAN CUTS. ZERO COLLATERAL.
Concrete cutting is where precision pays. Every opening, trench and penetration we cut is measured, marked and executed with diamond blades — clean faces, exact dimensions, and no vibration damage to the structure around it. And when an opening lands in a stressed floor plate, our post-tensioned slab cutting service scans, sequences and cuts it safely.
We run floor saws, wall saws, road saws, ring saws and core drills across commercial, industrial and civil projects — concrete cutting in Brisbane week in, week out, plus concrete cutting on the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Toowoomba. Services are located before the blade touches concrete, and every cut comes with SWMS documentation.
Most of that work is concrete cutting in Brisbane's CBD, hospitals, occupied towers and live industrial sites — the jobs where noise limits, tenants and operating plant rule out rough methods. Diamond sawing is low-noise and low-vibration, slurry is contained and captured as we cut, and crews run night works and possession windows where the programme demands it. From saw-cutting a single doorway to trenching a full floor plate, the same crews and the same gear cover every corner of Brisbane — northside, southside, bayside and the western corridor.
Core drilling rounds out the kit: diamond cores at any diameter through reinforced concrete, masonry and stone — for services penetrations, anchor points, stitch-drilled openings and structural test samples. Cores are drilled to the millimetre — vertical, horizontal or angled, wet or dry — with slurry contained and captured, so live facilities keep operating around the work.
When the section is too thick for a blade, the job moves up to diamond wire sawing. When it needs breaking out, the DXR 305 robot takes over. One contractor, the full toolkit. Wondering about price? Start with our concrete cutting cost guide, then see what drives wire sawing costs and demolition robot hire costs — everything is quoted the same way: per job, on scope.
